Witch-Con

This district of Troika is dominated by the convention center. It sits alone, a monolithic cuboid of steel, concrete and glass surrounded by a city park. 

Normally, the interior of the center is discernible through floor-to-ceiling windows. However, for the past few days the curtains have been drawn tightly shut. Orange flickering light and odd shadows escape from the gaps between. Children go missing. Silhouettes of brooms cross the moons. Black cats and fowl owls abound.

Content Warning

In this adventure, witches steal children to bake them into pies.  Violence against children is implied, but heavily veiled.   A GM may wish to replace child NPCs with suitably sympathetic adults.
